Interesting, stylish take on a vampire movie. A lot of talking and debating, surprisingly—often about the scarcity of blood supply during some epidemics throughout history, but in some ways showing vampirism evolving over time. Some vampire stuff other than talking going on, though not strictly the usual fare. With three songs interspersed, in that 60s/70s style I am not surprised to find in an Italian movie.
This was more art house style than I usually appreciate. But I enjoyed the themes and the characters and their interactions.
Per IMDB, this was a TV series in Spain? And indeed there were title cards for three different “episodes.” But this still played well as a movie.
