An amusing movie about our guardian angels, with the tag line “They watch over us but they can’t stand us.”
Occasionally laugh-out-loud, but usually a more subtle, intelligent humor. The plot was a little “loose” (events at the beginning happen very quickly), but the story and the characters were fun. Definitely very British.
Some unexpected visual choices, too, that made it interesting to watch. And in the Q&A afterwards, when the director explained how they achieved some of the effects–a very time-consuming process. I was impressed at their dedication to their art.
