Honestly, I don’t remember much about this movie. I think I watched it to the end, but I don’t remember the ending at all. I do remember a lot of scenes of the main character at his high school and also at home on his computer. And even though it’s 1999 and dial-up technology, he is somehow getting and decrypting video files from the future showing how Earth’s society is deteriorating. (They’re not news clips, they’re short narrated stories fit to show the audience.) And somehow he becomes involved in the fight in the future? This one just didn’t impress me that much…
