I’m giving this brilliant film 4-1/2 stars for falling just inches short of perfection. What starts out as a smart science fiction love story twists in upon itself to become a philosophical reflection on luck vs. fate vs. free will vs. destiny. And also pulls off an amazing genre shift in the middle.
They think they will be getting a distribution deal, so keep an eye out at your local arthouse cinema and catch this one if it shows up!
