Here’s the easy part: This movie was hilarious!
The hard part is describing any of it. Goofy? Absurd? Borderline surreal? A little of all of these. And the comic tone was perfectly honed.
Maybe the best description is, “A dumb comedy made by smart people.” I laughed my ass off. There are some funny lines that stand on their own (like why Klyle misspells his name). But most of the humor is the culmination of 90 seconds of buildup or payoffs for setups that happened 20 minutes earlier. Or are themselves setups for future bits. Exactly what you’d expect from an intelligent comedy.

I’m very sad there is no trailer released for this movie yet, so I can’t point you to one yet. I’ll circle back later to check again.
