I had time for one more film before the final FF@Home movies expired. Having just enjoyed Magic Spot, I decided to watch this Motern Media film from last year.
It was billed as darker than their usual style, and did play more like a thriller than a comedy. But had the same cheesy dialog, amateur acting, and great plot that I found in Magic Spot. And a surprising ending that satisfied me.
So again: charming and recommended. I’m looking forward to seeing more of these guys’ work.
