The festival started great for me! This film was hilarious with these racist idiots getting themselves into ridiculous trouble. And some serious moments, too, but based on us actually caring about a couple of the characters. If you saw Four Lions about six years ago (I know, you didn’t, but I did), this was much in the same vein.
On the way too serious side, between Brexit, Trump’s popularity, and people like these characters that we know do exist in all these countries, we have a long way to go, people…
